The Intelligence exists everywhere. It is the creative force that inhabits everyone. Anyone can draw on the well of creation and creativity will manifest according to each person's character and circumstances.

Belive in the might of Love. Love, the Lifeforce will always win in the end. That is a law of nature. Take note of that. Life’s existence is based on Love. And that is the truth. That’s the truth that all life is based on. Anything else is like being…lost. That’s where sorrow enters, but it does'n’t last forever because it dissolves like a mist in sunshine.

A trance medium goes beyond his ego and enters a state of higher consciousness. This is often referred to as transcendence. The medium has gone beyond personal thoughts or ego and is therefore able to access deeper spiritual realms. Trance state is not a loss of consciousness but a heightened awareness that gives access to spiritual energies.

Peace resides within you all. Those, who live in conflict or seek conflict are living a fragile life. Conflict is a weakness, brittle, governed by fear. Seek the peace within you!

You are all one a journey, whether long or short. You are knocked about in life’s progress. Every encounter with difficulties marks you. Wisdom comes with age. Look back and see how far you’ve come.

Wisdom is inside you. You all have knowledge. Seek it within you. It is the fountain of peace…

Feel the joy! The joy is immeasurable. When you open up to the joy it flows like a clear stream. It melts the pain, the sadness. It is within you all. Learn to access it.

Learn to trust that you are being taken care of, that you are loved - that you are important. You are unique, you are precious. You are like a beautiful flower in a vast meadow of flowers.

I am the Source. I communicate with you on all levels. You are a manifestation of Spirit. This energy flows through you and is ever present in your lives. It is energy of light, of love, of peace. Learn to access it. Therein lies your happiness.

Art in all its variety is a form of healing. Art enhances life as an expression of consciousness. Art is a creation and is part of Creation. Art is divine.

The path each and everyone takes is a choice. You all have free will. Life brings challenges and obstacles. How you respond is your choice. You may feel as if you are rolling in a violent sea and have no control. Don’t be afraid…

Love yourself. The greatest healing anyone can give is to love yourself fully, as you are. No-one is perfect. Acceptance is love.

It is everyone’s right to choose the path that is right for them. The truth is the joy and peace we all seek that lies within and blessed are those fortunate who have found it. But remember we all have that divine truth within that feeds the soul. That’s the truth.

Be creative, let your light shine. Harness your inner energy. Harness what feeds your soul. Change direction if need be. Life is not a straight road. It has twists and turns. Be prepared to change direction but always seek to fulfil your truth and you’ll find the answer. The answer lies within.

We all doubt. Doubt is natural. We are all born with questioning minds and the need to rationalise our lives and needing to explain everything. Everything has to have a reason…
